Part of Glasgow’s vibrant Merchant City, Dakhin is a restaurant specialising in South Indian cooking rather than generic Indian dishes. The sister restaurant to the nearby Dhabba which serves northern Indian specialities, Dakhin is located on an airy first floor space, and has an open plan kitchen for guests to watch their choices come to life. Dakhin was the first southern Indian restaurant, not just in Glasgow but the whole of Scotland, to dedicate itself to unique, regional specialities, which sets it apart from most of its peers.
