5pm.co.uk has a fantastic opportunity within the Marketing Team to coordinate our campaign content across our marketing channels to thousands of 5pm’s loyal base every day.

We’re looking for someone to plan, coordinate and distribute engaging cross-channel content that ultimately puts bums on seats and sells deals!

The role

  • Coordinate 5pm’s content calendar in line with business objectives.
  • Look for new ways to engage our existing audience and to get in front of new people.
  • Work with 5pm’s other teams to create new content.
  • Plan and coordinate campaign content across 5pm’s social media channels.
  • Help create and coordinate new website content and look for new opportunities for content across the website to maximise conversion and sign up.
  • Look for new blog opportunities and organise.
  • Organise video content to add to our existing video library.
  • Look for ways to maximise new content and opportunities to repurpose existing content.
  • Help with email content.
  • Provide reports on content including social media activity.
  • Support the marketing team with general marketing activities and initiatives.

Your experience

  • 2+ years experience working with content across multiple channels including social media.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C.
  • A deep understanding of how different types of content work for different channels.
  • Experience of SEO techniques and best practice.
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics, digital KPIs and social media analytics.
  • Have previously created new, engaging and successful content, particularly in digital.

Email Marketing Coordinator

5pm.co.uk has a fantastic opportunity within the Marketing Team to coordinate our email channel and loyal subscriber base.

We’re looking for someone to maintain our strong relationships with our existing customers and gain and build relationships with new and disengaged customers to encourage repeat and regular bookings via email.

The role

  • Manage 5pm’s email marketing database, such as adding new subscribers, cleaning, maintaining, segmenting and optimising the database.
  • Coordinate email campaigns across our service areas including organising engaging content, proofing, testing and scheduling.
  • Coordinate 5pm’s transactional emails.
  • Coordinate the email calendar with the team to maximise revenue contribution of channel.
  • Improve campaign templates and innovate across the channel including conducting A/B testing of campaigns.
  • Report on email campaigns and make improvements.
  • Report on subscriber activity and database health and make improvements.
  • Explore ways to maximise the value of each subscriber and implement.
  • Improve retention characteristics of customers.
  • Understand and help develop segmentation strategies; use internal data resources to filter and target appropriate segments and to improve personalisation at every touchpoint.
  • Explore ways to get new subscribers with the team and help implement.
  • Work with our Creative and Technology teams to ensure email is on brand, effectively optimised and to increase marketing sophistication through automation and personalisation.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure emails have the best revenue opportunities and are delivered smoothly.
  • Explore new technologies to improve the channel.
  • Support the marketing team with general marketing activities and initiatives.

Your experience

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive email marketing knowledge, experience and skills.
  • Have previously run email marketing campaigns and familiar with all aspects of the process.
  • Have used different email marketing technologies.
  • Have coordinated email databases.
  • Comfortable working with data and Excel.
  • Understand how email works with the other marketing channels.
  • We have developers who can code email but if you’re able to code modern HTML email that’s a bonus.

  • Organised with strong analytical skills.

Full Time Customer Care Star

We are looking to recruit a Full Time and Part Time Customer Care Star. You will be based in our City Centre Glasgow office and your duties would include:

  • dealing with customer email and telephone enquiries
  • updating client details
  • general administration
  • any special projects that may arise

Hours: 16 or more per week – evenings and weekends, usually includes 2 evenings and 7.5 hours on Saturday or Sunday, each weekly rota. Very flexible.
Hourly rate: £9.25.
