Compact, unfussy and often busy, Pera is a friendly Turkish restaurant. The blink-and-you’ll-miss-it exterior hides a warm and welcoming little dining room hung with Turkish tourism posters. The mixed mezze starters are generous; the hot flat bread is freshly made and the char grilled kebabs are neatly seasoned. Many swear by the full Turkish breakfast.
