The Strathmore on Maryhill Road may date back to the 1870s but now looks as fresh as a daisy following a major refurbishment in the summer of 2015. As well as a complete and stylish modernisation of the interior, an airy glass extension and a sunny terrace have been added. SoHo on Miller Street

Reviewed by , verified 5pm diner – 24/07/2016

Had a lovely meal at Soho on Miller Street , food was excellent and good value for money including a great selection of cocktails as part of the classic meal menu. Started served quickly but had to wait 35 mins for main course as I think they forgot about us. Apart from that the atmosphere was very vibrant with great music . I would return for another visit .

Disappointing

Mi Casa

Reviewed by , verified 5pm diner – 24/07/2016

Visited on a 5pm deal of 5 tapas with glass of wine, starter and dessert for two for £24. The olives were nice but the bread was ordinary certainly nothing to write home about. The five tapas were of mixed quality the chorizo was fine but the frites were very poor the other three dishes were average
