Stylish city centre bar and restaurant

An award-winning late night bar, club and restaurant, One Up on Exchange Square has a great reputation as a glam party spot. During the day, it is a sophisticated venue for a working lunch, catch-up with friends or after work drinks in one of the leather booths. In the evenings, especially at the weekends, the atmosphere goes up several notches and the clubbers begin to dance under the chandeliers. The terraces are popular on sunny days while the karaoke party pad comes into its own at night. One Up is an over 21’s venue and smart casual dress is expected.

Dry-aged Scotch beef burgers

A dozen burger choices are at the heart of One Up’s food offer along with hot dogs, Philly steak sandwiches, mac ‘n’ cheese, southern fried chicken and classic salads.

The beef burgers are made using selected cuts of dry-aged 100% certified Scotch Beef. Simply seasoned, they are hand pressed, cooked to order and served in a brioche bun with lettuce, pickle and the house burger sauce. Free range chicken burgers, bean burgers and a pork and chorizo burger add more variety.
