Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled with minimum 24 hours notice, with a reschedule available on dates that fall within the validity to the offer, subject to availability. Cancellation outwith 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate for the first night.

Pets

Dogs are welcome at Loch Rannoch Hotel and there are a number of designated Contemporary rooms reserved for your canine friends with a bed, towel, bowl and a few treats all provided. There is a small charge for dogs and it is important to book your pet in advance. Please note, only well-behaved dogs are allowed in the hotel and in the event of any incident, owners may be asked to leave the property.

Children and extra beds

Family rooms can accommodate max of 2 children on basis of sharing with 2 adults. Up to 2 children aged 5 and under can stay and take breakfast for free when sharing with 2 adults in the same room. Children aged 6-15 are charged a supplement of £20 per child per night for bed and breakfast and £30 per child per night for dinner, bed and breakfast. Children’s meals must be taken from the children’s menu and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Children aged 16 and above are classified as adults and will be charged at the full adult rate.
