With its stylish murals, the hotel’s Tempus restaurant is one of the city centre’s dining hotspots and the kitchen has won several awards for its locally sourced, seasonal menus.

Available seven days a week, this Big Deal is for two people to each enjoy an 7oz sirloin steak main course plus a bottle of house red or white wine.

All of Tempus’ steaks are aged for 28 days, are certified Scotch beef and are served with tomato, watercress and chips.
