• Offering panoramic views of the Clyde, Hydro and Armadillo, Sky Bar at Radisson RED is actually Glasgow’s first rooftop bar.

• It is safe to say that it’s a very scenic spot for cosying up with a date or swapping gossip with a pal.

Small plates with drinks

• Available from April to June 2024, this Deal is for three small plates to share between two at Sky Bar.

• You can enjoy it day or evening and your drink choices will be a pint of St. Mungo beer, a cocktail – choose from a zingy Cosmopolitan or a sweet Strawberry Fields Forever – or a soft drink.

• Teriyaki salmon skewers with Asian salad

• Chicken tikka skewers with tomato chutney & mixed salad, cucumber raita

• Bao buns filled with Thai fried chicken & sriracha caramel sauce

• Buffalo Mozzarella with basil pesto & plum tomato (v)

• Sweet potato & corn fritters with sambal sauce (vg)

• King prawn & chorizo with tomatoes, chilli and focaccia

• Curried salt & pepper squid with sweet chilli dip

• Cauliflower pakora with chilli & coriander dip (vg)
