Locally sourced ingredients take pride of place on the menu in the Dungeon restaurant. The menu changes regularly but typical starters might be the mussels, lardons, cider cream with onion bread or BBQ pigeon with roast pear and pumpkin.

Popular main courses include the chicken with sauté potatoes, haggis tenderstem and Drambuie sauce or diamond fillet, skinnies, green veg and pepper sauce.
