Boutique hotel
- Available from September to November, this offer is for two people to enjoy a one or two night stay in a double or twin room at Ingliston Country Club.
- As well as a continental breakfast bag delivered to your room each morning, the offer includes a two course meal from a set menu on the first evening.
- The contemporary hotel rooms are decorated in a comfortable and stylish manner and offer views of Ben Lomond, the Clyde Estuary and the Kilpatrick Hills.
Seasonal produce
- Palomino’s restaurant overlooks the indoor arena, guests can watch the riders put their horses through their paces while tucking into a wide-ranging menu of delicious, freshly cooked dishes.
- Popular starters on the menu include tomato and basil bruschetta and the chicken liver and cognac parfait.
- For main courses, guests can sample dishes such as Palomino’s steak pie, chicken with peppercorn sauce and spaghetti with mussels.
- Dessert feature choices such as tiramisu and sticky toffee pudding.
