Housed in an impressive Victorian villa, Indian Manor is a contemporary Indian restaurant with a smartly decorated dining room.

The menus are packed with traditional and modern Indian dishes.

Bunty the manager has travelled the spice markets and street stalls of India for inspiration and it shines through wide range of appealing dishes on offer at Indian Manor.

Stocking-filler idea

Available from the 8th of January to the end of February 2018, this offer is the perfect antidote to winter weather.

It would also make a fun stocking-filler for anyone who likes their food to have a zing.

Available Sunday to Friday

Option one is for two people to each have a starter, curry and portion of pilau or boiled rice at Indian Manor.

Option two is for two people to each have a starter, curry and portion of pilau or boiled rice plus a glass of Prosecco, house wine or Cobra beer.

Both options are available 5pm to 8pm, Sunday to Thursday, and 4pm to 5.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Starters on the offer include chicken, veg or haggis pakora; veg samosa, onion bhaji and spiced mushrooms.

For a supplement of £2 per dish, you could choose starters like the haggis samosa; the spicy chicken or mince dosa or the green chilli fish pakora.

As well as classic curries like the dopiaza, patia and korma, the main course selection includes more specialised dishes such as the garlic achari chicken.

Made with pan-fried chicken and cooked with green chillies, crushed black peppercorns and garlic pickle, this is a dish that packs a punch.

A milder option might be the chicken tikka jalfrezi. The use of fresh cream gives this dish a wonderful creamy finish.

We are big fans of the Punjabi masala which blends sliced peppers, chopped coriander and freshly ground herbs and spices.

Veggie options include a garlic and mushroom curry in a Punjabi style sauce.

Whatever your curry preferences, you will find a dish to suit at Indian Manor.

There is a £2 supplement for lamb dishes.
