As well as classic curries like the dopiaza, patia and korma, the selection includes more specialised dishes such as the garlic achari chicken.

Made with pan-fried chicken and cooked with green chillies, crushed black peppercorns and garlic pickle, this is a dish that packs a punch.

A milder option might be the chicken tikka jalfrezi. The use of fresh cream gives this dish a wonderful creamy finish.

We are big fans of the Punjabi masala which blends sliced peppers, chopped coriander and freshly ground herbs and spices.

Veggie options include a garlic and mushroom curry in a Punjabi style sauce.
