Botanist Martini – The Botanist Gin and vermouth, served dry or wet, with lemon zest and a twist

Asia Daisy – Tanqueray gin shaken with lychee liqueur and lime poured over crushed ice, topped with ginger ale and crowned with an edible garnish, a 29 favourite

Aged Rum Daiquiri – Diplomatico rum, lime and sugar syrup shaken to perfection and finished with a sugared rim

Mixed Berry Caipirinha – Sagatiba Cachaca and Crème de Cassis churned with fresh lime, raspberries and strawberries, for total fruitiness

Club Royal – Chivas Regal shaken with sugar syrup, grenadine, lemon and an egg white
