The Big Deal offers admission to one of four sessions hosted by the restaurant:
Option 1 on Saturday 5th August is the Perfect Dinner Party Demonstration, 3pm-6pm.
Option 2 on Saturday 12th August is the Afternoon Tea Demonstration, 3pm-6pm.
Option 3 on Saturday 19th August is the DIY Pasta Demonstration, 3pm-6pm.
Option 4 on Saturday 26th August is the Luxury Seafood Demonstration to mark Scottish Fish and Seafood Day, 3pm-6pm.
Option 5 on Saturday 26th August is the Luxury Seafood Demonstration, 7.30pm-9.30pm.
Sessions begin with a welcoming glass of Prosecco, wine, beer or a soft drink.
Expert chefs will offer tuition and demonstrations for guests in the restaurant kitchen. Sessions include the chance to sample the courses prepared, along with canapés throughout.
After an hour of the class, there will be a chance to refresh your drink. The offer also includes an SVS goodie bag on each seat containing a 200 SVS chef’s hat, recipe card and menu, spa discount voucher, business cards and a 200 SVS offers flyer.
