Buckle up your blue suede walking shoes and hear them all with today’s Big Deal from Glasgow Music City Tours.

Irreverent and informative

Led by guides with years of experience in Glasgow’s music scene, the tours deliver an irreverent, informative look at the city’s iconic bands, the famous venues they played and the incendiary performances which became legends in their own show time.

Happy guests

Glasgow Music City Tours has had plenty of applause on TripAdvisor. These excerpts are from recent reviews:

‘Stories for every musical generation. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour… It was easy-paced and friendly, and no matter what musical generation you were interested in, there were great stories. My favourites all concerned the Apollo days, but at the Art School we heard a lot about the 80s and 90s. No snobbery, no pretension. And a clear understanding of why Glasgow has a thriving music scene…’

‘Highly recommended. The tour covers a massive amount of artists, events, eras and genres… Our guides were friendly, organised, engaging and highly knowledgeable. Even as a native Glaswegian with a long gig-going history, I learned loads of stuff I didn’t know before… Try it out and prepare for a stimulating and enjoyable couple of hours.’
