The Big Deal is for a starter and main course with a glass of wine or soft drink at Nitrus in Uddingston.

The starter section on the menu at Nitrus includes moreish treats like Mozzarella sticks with Napoli sauce; hot crusted brisket bonbons with turnip puree and whisky glaze; and grilled portobello mushroom with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, pesto and sliced goat’s cheese on toasted sourdough.

There’s plenty of dishes to choose from in the main course section, including the beef, chicken and vegetarian burgers; the grilled salmon with lime and mango salsa and sweet potato wedges; and the smoked paprika king prawn skewers served with bloody Mary mayo.

The meal includes a glass of wine or a soft drink.
