    We went for the Degustation menu with the Sommelier advising on the wine. This made a wonderful experience and evening celebrating a special birthday. 7 delicious dishes. Small portions but this was the point. Gorgeous food. Well presented and the service was superb. Alan Brady, Sommelier, was star. The discussion over each wine with each dish was amazing. His recommendations were spot on and fun. The dishes were serviced after he explained the reason for choosing. Very slick. Lovely meal. Lovely service. Highly recommended.
