Rating Disappointing service (Rating 3.4/5)

We were met at the door and shown to a table. The décor in the restaurant is very impressive. However, after waiting 20 minutes we had to stop a passing waiter and ask that our order be taken. After that the service was good, apart from our request for water which wasn't brought so had to be repeated half way through the meal.
