  We waited over 35 minutes for our first course to arrive. No updates from the waiting staff until we asked. They apologised when the bill came but made no offer to, say, discount the bill, not charge us for our soft drinks or offer free coffees. Food was basic but pretty good (when it arrived) but the service was very poor and was not an enjoyable experience. Will not be returning and will be advising friends and colleagues accordingly.
