  A nice surprise

  I took my Mum here for a late Mother's Day lunch and we had a great time. The food & service were second to none and the venue is authentic and relaxed.

Laid-back modern British restaurant in Finnieston

Already gaining recognition as the best newcomer in the Scotland Entertainment awards, the Scullery is making waves with its stylish, contemporary British cuisine. The décor puts the accent on relaxed informality, with plenty of natural light and voguish exposed brick interiors. An imaginative culinary approach and a comfortable atmosphere are attracting discerning foodies to Finnieston.

Stylish modern British creations

The Scullery menu shows a commitment to local produce and to innovative preparation. Specials are constantly updated but recent evening highlights include rump of Dornoch lamb with rock salt mash, young leeks and carrots, Orkney sea scallops with roast onion consommé, and asparagus risotto with garden peas, mint and parmesan. Desserts maintain the inventive touch in items like the orange and cardamom crème brulee. All day brunches are a popular option with the local crowd, and there is a handy pre-theatre menu with a choice of two or three courses.

Finnieston transport connections

The Scullery is located on Claremont Street in Finnieston, a short walk from the Exhibition Centre train station. There are bus stops very close on St. Vincent Street. The restaurant is the ideal pre-show venue for events at the nearby SSE Hydro and the SECC, about 15 minutes walk away.
