  First time back this year after being unhappy that the buffet was always the same. When we went it took ages for us to be seated, new waitress did not know how to check someone in to their table. Buffet was not as we thought it would be. Had to choose starter from a menu, which to me is not somthing done on a buffet. I got the smokie tart, and was not impressed, came with a little rocket salad on the side with some basamic dressing, the tart was tiny and was very dissapointing, no salad bar was on. only the hot plate for the main was available. Main course was alright, roast turkey was the roast which was lush, vegetables need to be cut properly and cooked for an extra few minutes. dessert was ok, not big choice, the raspberry ice cram was heavenly. I honestly did not enjoy our night out, was waiting for ages to get served and the restaurant was very quiet. Revert back to the old style of buffet, the new style is a big disappointment.
