  Fab fish & chips.

  The fish and chips deal was very well priced and it was absolutely delicious. The batter on the fish was crispy and the chips were crisp and golden and extremely fluffy inside. Cooked to perfection. Spot on!

  We both really enjoyed our food, service was excellent. Happy to recommend.

  Met up with my friend for lunch. We shared one starter and one dessert, we both had steak pie, it was delicious, big portions, meat melted in our mouths.

Classic pub dining in Finnieston

Back once again like a renegade master, McPhabbs is a Glasgow institution that has now been freshly
refurbished. With its new look comes a shiny new menu, featuring Scottish pub food classics with locally
sourced ingredients.

Scottish comfort food

Starters at McPhabbs include moreish bites such as chicken goujons, buffalo wings and halloumi fries.
Next up, you can tuck into a main like Aberdeen Angus mince ’n’ tatties (just like your granny used to
make, expect with an added poached egg); house-made steak & sausage pie, or hand-battered fresh
Peterhead haddock with thick-cut chips.
Veggies can feast on the five cheese macaroni topped with Grana Padano crumb.

Charing Cross attractions

You can find McPhabbs on Sandyford Place, at that Charing Cross sweet spot where the city centre
meets Finnieston and the West End. It’s just a stroll away from the main Sauchiehall Street bars, while
Kelvingrove Park is on the doorstep in the other direction. Pay parking is available around the corner on
Berkeley Street.
