We arrived on time for our reservation and were met with disinterest and then ran through the restaurant to a private dining section that had a heater on right next to our table.
It took 45 minutes from being seated to receiving our food - no drinks order was taken for 15 minutes after being seated.
I actually had to leave the private dining room to look for staff as we had not been checked on or desserts brought out. No staff asked if we would like more drinks or any attempt at making our stay more comfortable. I had asked for the heater to be turned down as the small canopied room was like a furnace and was made to feel as if I was a massive inconvenience in asking.
Overall, the food was tasty and reasonable value for money, but we had to rush through our dessert as we had tickets for a show afterwards. The poor service lets the experience down massively and I won't be in a hurry to return. Staff only seemed interested in us when we were paying the bill and not during our meal at all.
