    Lovely light lunch

We are older and actually feel this place used by younger age groups. However, we were warmly welcomed by staff, especially the male member. Nothing too much trouble and service excellent. I had the Noo Yorker wrap and my husband the one with fish. Beautiful skinny chips were (or other choices) included. Everything was lovely and warm. The nicest light lunch we’ve had in a long time.

Chic city centre bar and kitchen

A much loved veteran of the Bath Street party circuit, Saint Judes has had a recent refurbishment. Now featuring a bright, colourful bar and dining room, it’s a lively spot for lunch or afternoon grazing over a drink or two. Of course, it is equally as suitable for a romantic dinner for two or a party group booking. There is always the option to extend the evening with a visit to Saint Judes’s After Dark nightclub downstairs.

Classic and contemporary bar favourites

The kitchen at Saint Judes offers a modern Scottish twist on gastro grub. With a selection of small plates as well as traditional starters (the haggis, neeps & tattie scone nachos are our favourite!) main courses and desserts. Typical small plates include the ever-popular chicken tempura, Scottish fish cakes and truffled wild mushrooms.

Other highlights include tasty burgers, mussels, beetroot wellington and steak, with a selection of tasty sides to compliment. Desserts such as ‘A’ton of mess’, sticky toffee pudding, lemon tart and the much loved classic Knickerbocker Glory will all provide a sweet finish to your meal.

Local attractions and transport links

Saint Judes is on Bath Street in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The city’s train and underground networks can be accessed from Queen Street, Cowcaddens and Charing Cross and Central station; all of which are no more than a ten minute walk. There is pay parking in the area and taxis are plentiful. Nearby attractions include the King’s Theatre and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
