  I expected the same great service and experience as before, however, this was not the case. We were in the Georgics bar so we could use the conservatory and get the view of George Square, but still expected the same service that we would get if we went to the hotel. The furniture was a bit rickety which wasn't the best start. Once everyone arrived, I had to prompt for afternoon tea to be served. This took around 30 mins. We received prosecco instead of champagne, and it may seem like I'm splitting hairs but when you pay for champagne you want it. We got one bottle between 12 and again had to prompt to get a second one. The food was still very nice. Lastly to add insult to injury we were nearly overcharged. Overall the day was good but for me as the organiser it was highly embarrassing.
