Rating No atmosphere, terrible service (Rating 2.4/5)

We booked through 5pm and suppose to have 20% off - they tried charging full price before making me walk 15mins to atm as they never had a working card machine. Would have been helpful if we got giving notice instead of leaving my Mrs and I having to trek through town in the rain!! Never one for leaving bad reviews though the food and portions were good value for money service and atmosphere let this place down. Doubt I will be back!!
