Rating Excellent food but awful service (Rating 3.4/5)

Although the food is great, the Sunday brunch service is awful. We'd to ask repeatedly for our drinks order, our main meal order took an hour as apparently the waitress had forgotten to put it through the system and we'd to ask to get a dessert and then chase that order too.
