Bath St. Burger serves up high-quality smashed burgers, signature fries, cocktails, craft beers and shakes, all to a backdrop of 70s funk. Cosy, NYC-inspired decor and weekend DJs mean that you can expect a fun dining experience.
Bath St. Burger offers hearty beef, chicken and vegan options. All beef burgers are made from scratch every day with 100% double ground Angus beef. They are then smashed, flamed and served to order.
Burger are served in a brioche or pretzel bun with choices such as the Kevin Bacon with a double dose of crispy strips; the Ghetto Blaster with brisket chilli, American cheese & jalapeños, and the Thunder Bird with buttermilk fried chicken breast & buffalo.
Hot dogs are made from Bratwurst sausage and can include fillings like queso, caramelised onions and crumbled bacon.
Vegans aren’t forgotten either and can tuck into choices like The Graffiti Vegan Moving Mountains 100% plant-based burger patty with veganaise or the Jackfruit Chilli Dog with a vegan frankfurter, pulled jackfruit chilli, jalapeños and hot sauce.
A highlight of the sides is the signature dirty fries with crumbled bacon, caramelised onions & hot queso.
Bath St. Burger is in the heart of city centre, handy for Cineworld, Glasgow Film Theatre and the Buchanan Galleries shopping mall. Buchanan Street underground station is a two-minute walk away while Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations are close by too. If you are driving, then you can find pay parking at the NCP on Mitchell Street.
