  The greeting and welcoming was exceptional as well as the initial service. Quite appreciated the complimentary flat bread with houmus and olives. Unfortunately, from then on, the service started going down and down, as staff forgot 3 times our order for some water(!), the time between courses was more than 25 minutes, the dessert and coffee orders went lost too, and the dancing music was definitely TOO loud, even if I am not a pensioner!Food is ok, desserts are good too.The place could do better is they look at implementing suggestions about service and, by the way, given prices are NOT low, it does not justify a 10% charge. happy customers would tip such an amount anyway. I may go back, but I expect an improvement in time and I hope that will happen as the place has a good potential. The guitar player was amazing however!
