We have been going to the Piccolo Mondo for years and it never fails. The refurb they have done on it is modern but still has some of their history behind it. The service was outstanding the staff are all very friendly and always attending to your needs. I cannot rate the food highly enough every meal we have had has been full of taste and certainly leaves you wanting to try more of the menu. Well done to all the staff at the Piccolo Mondo see you on 2nd March

Ristorante Piccolo Mondo Renfrew’s enthusiasm for Tuscan style cooking is unparalleled in Glasgow. Originally established as a family run restaurant, the staff at Ristorante Piccolo Mondo Renfrew bring a wide knowledge of the Glasgow restaurant scene and have built up an outstanding level of cuisine and customer service to its many diners, based on previous experience.
Its authentic Italian offerings are accompanied by a large selection of wines, as well as a warm welcome to one of Renfrew’s highly regarded Italian restaurants.
Ristorante Piccolo Mondo in Renfrew have a menu aiming at customers with different dining preferences. Traditional dishes such as minestrone soup and mixed Italian antipasto to start and mains such as classic lasagne and penne arrabbiata are popular amongst diners who don’t wish to stray from the norm. More adventurous dishes, such as pappa al pomodoro to start and carved roasted gigot of lamb or filet de porc stroganoff to follow, attract a different type of palette, as the ingredients fused together create unique sauces and sides compared to the likes of the traditional offerings.
Guests can follow these dishes with a host of different delicious desserts, such as the chef’s own sticky toffee pudding, continental cheeseboard and meringue delight. A large selection of wines is on hand should guests wish to finish off the night with a tipple or more.
Situated in the centre of Renfrew, Ristorante Piccolo Mondo is a five minute car journey from Braehead and the M8 motorway, and is easily accessed by a host of bus services.
