The Restaurant at One Devonshire Gardens, is an elegant affair. Oak panelling and glittering chandeliers are paired with sophisticated cooking and a serious wine list. The sommeliers are always on hand to advise or recommend the perfect wine for your meal. Service is relaxed and friendly yet professional and knowledgeable.
The talented kitchen team in the Restaurant at One Devonshire Gardens are passionate about using produce which is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic. Whether guests are enjoying afternoon tea; dining from the a la carte or savouring the seven course tasting menu with matched wines, the food at the Restaurant is impeccably sourced, carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
Typical dishes from our sample a la carte menu might be the seared Loch Fyne scallop with salt baked celeriac, apple, hazelnuts and black truffle or the pork jowl fillet with langoustine, piccalilli and choucroute.
One Devonshire Gardens is just off Great Western Road in Glasgow’s West End. There is limited onsite parking. Both Queen Street and Central rail stations are around fifteen minutes away by car or taxi. The adjacent A82 offers easy access to the M8 and the motorway system while Glasgow’s bus network can be joined from stops on Hyndland Road and the Great Western Road.
