  The restaurant itself was beautiful and cosy but the menu we had on the table was not what they were accepting orders from so there was a bit of an issue in honering an offer we wanted- though they did honor it without much fuss. It was pretty awkward though. The food took a very long time to come and 2 of us got our food about 10 minutes before the other 2 did and we had to start without the others as it was going to get cold. There was little ceremony in the way the server brought our food- the server seemed disinterested and a bit grumpy. No friendliness and I don't think we were told to enjoy as servers normally do say. The guy who did part of the serving as a saving grace as he was very warm and friendly but only noticed after 10 minutes or more that some of us didn't have our food. The food was below average and all seemed defrosted even though we glad got the sunday roast.
