Peacock Alley - Waldorf Astoria Review

  • Rating Afternoon tea (Rating 2.8/5)
    Been a few times now to peacock alley as have really liked it but the service just isn't what it used to be. It feels short staffed with some newbies who don't really know what they are doing. Ordered drinks that never arrived, staff confused about the voucher and had to remind staff to top up tea/pack up leftovers.
