  This is the second time I have visited Cucina - it was empty on our arrival (6pm on a Sunday) and it really shouldn't be, the food is fresh and fabulous. We chose from the pre theatre menu which was good value for the £15 ticket. Choice was fine too and the home made bread is devine. Previously I've enjoyed a sharing menu which was fabulous and good value too ( a group of 10) I'd be happy to go back but would prefer to visit when there is a bit more of a 'buzz' My only slight criticism would be that on arrival only one member of staff was on the floor and he was on the phone for a long time and he didn't even acknowledge us which wasn't the best start - don't mind waiting to be seated but a nod or smile would've gone a long way - otherwise though service was top notch and person who was on the phone was friendly too (once off the phone!)
