Gorgeous semi permanent lashes! (Rating 4.8/5)

Love my lashes they are so fluttery and pretty!!! One of best ive had and ive had quite a few!! She really took her time and made them just right!! Will most definately be coming back for a top up in few weeks!! Highly recommend

Great value tinting offer & great service (Rating 5/5)

First visit to the salon, popped in for a patch test over the weekend prior to my appointment and from the friendliness of the staff there I knew I'd be in good hands. Wasn't disappointed! Gemma was lovely and knowledgeable about what would be best for my hair since the ends were already lightened from a home dye kit ages ago. Already looking forward to going back, and would absolutely recommend.

Could do with some work all round (Rating 2.6/5)

Not bad, but not great. The salon, though newly moved into, feels a bit run down - lacks a clean edge to it. The team don't seem to really be working together yet and the interaction with customers didn't really flow. It just all felt a bit disorganised, but not in a creative positive way! I had my hair put up and the result was OK - again not bad but not great. Unfortunately it was murder to take out, by far the worst I've ever had to undo and I lost a fair clump of hair in the process (and I'm very careful about how I unpick an updo). A warmer more professional welcome from a reception person and a service that's a little more customer focussed and prompt will help. I have previously LOVED going here - so I hope things improve!
