The Deal is for 2 people to have a Fire & Ice Package.

Package consists of use of the full spectrum infrared sauna and ice bath, lasting approx. 1 hour in total. Clients are asked to exit the room promptly.

Elements of the package cannot be substituted.

Advance booking of at least 24 hours required.

Once booked, 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may invalidate purchase.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Clients are required to sign liability waiver, and confirm medical fitness for sauna and ice bath usage.

Please discuss any health concerns with the studio directly.

Both clients will have the package the same time.

Clients are required to wear swimwear during the session. Towels are provided.

Wheelchair access not available.

Purchase cannot be used for existing bookings.

Subject to allocation and availability. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
