Today’s Big Deal with the first ever Scottish Cycling, Running and Outdoor Pursuits Show (SCROPS) at the SECC could be just the motivation you need to get back on track.

Whether you’re a beginner dabbling in a new sport or you’re a seasoned enthusiast, if you’re into cycling or running, you will not want to miss this show which runs from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th March 2016 at the SECC.

Over three fun-packed days, the show will have a host of interactive attractions for the whole family including  a mini velodrome, mountain bike track, indoor running track and Segway and Triathlon challenges to name but a few.  

Three day event

Option one is for one adult ticket to SCROPS at SECC on Friday 11th March 2016.

Option two is for a family ticket (two adults + up to four children aged 10-17 years) to SCROPS on Friday 11th March 2016.

Option three is for one adult ticket to SCROPS at SECC on Saturday 12th March 2016.

Option four is for a family ticket (two adults + up to four children aged 10-17 years) to SCROPS on Saturday 12th March 2016.

Option five is for one adult ticket to SCROPS at SECC on Sunday 13th March 2016.

Option six is for a family ticket (two adults + up to four children aged 10-17 years) to SCROPS on Sunday 13th March 2016.

Children under 10 go free. Under 16s are to be accompanied by an adult.

Live demos

With big cycle brands like Cube, Merida, Bianchi, Scott and Isla bringing along their ranges for you to test and try, plus great offers from retailers such as Run For It and Decathlon, you’re guaranteed to have a great day out. 

On top of that there’s a show theatre where experts will offer live demonstrations, coaching and training advice as well as a bespoke kids’ cycle area.

There will also be the opportunity to try your moves on the climbing wall; attempt a new PB on the running track and ride the exhilarating street velodrome.

This show really is hands on and caters to every experience level making it an ideal day out for the whole family.
