Roast breast of chicken with a caponata of roast pepper, onion and courgette in a rich garlic and tomato sauce served with sautéed rosemary potatoes

Pizza contadina – stone baked pizza with rosemary sautéed potato, onion, thyme & cherry tomatoes (v)

Linguine con Pollo e Pancetta – flat spaghetti with sauté chicken, diced pancetta and a pesto cream sauce

Bistecca alla Pepe – an 8oz prime sirloin steak, served with chunky chips & a peppercorn sauce (£5 supplement)
