Offering views of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond, The Clubhouse is a gastropub based at the
19th hole of The Carrick course. Not that you need to have conquered eighteen holes to enjoy its comforts, as it is
open to all. Part of The Cameron Club and Spa, it provides a warm welcome to non-residents, hotel guests and spa
users alike. With its big screen sports, it is a cosy and relaxed place to enjoy a meal accompanied by a traditional
beer, fine ale, wine, cocktail or wee dram.
Using the finest of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, The Clubhouse serves up a selection of hearty British classics, from crispy beer-battered fish to delicious grills to the pie of the day.
Whet your appetite with a starter such as the Cameron poached king prawn cocktail or wild mushrooms and garlic
butter on toast.
Choice picks from the mains include the Cairnhill Farm minute steak sandwich with Strathdon blue cheese,
caramelised onions and fries; The Cameron burger with Mull cheddar, Ayrshire bacon and tomato relish; and the
grilled salmon fillet with tenderstem broccoli and roast vine cherry tomatoes.
Veggies can tuck into choices such as the black bean vegetable burger or the bonnet goats’ cheese wrap with
Heritage beetroot relish.
If you have room for dessert, then you won’t go far wrong with the Eton Mess.
The magnificent Carrick course brings many guests to The Clubhouse. However, there are lots of reasons to visit beside the golf.
