  Fabulous Meal!

  We originally planned to go on Hogmanay, but had to postpone by one day, due to work commitments. We certainly weren't disappointed! Gorgeous dining room, attentive staff and fabulous choices on the menu. Often fine dining does mean petite portions, but each meal was a generous portion size, and we ended up struggling to finish our desserts. Great from start to finish, really enjoyed it.

The Kailyard by Nick Nairn is set in the beautiful surroundings of the Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro.

The restaurant itself is a stylish, modern yet classically Scottish and provides a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere to enjoy some of the outstanding Scottish cuisine on offer.

Thanks to Nick Nairn’s food philosophy you can be sure that the best local and seasonal Scottish produce is sourced and then cooked properly.

Nick’s signature dishes include Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, Cumberland jelly and toasted brioche, or Pan-fried scrabster halibut, herb mash, wilted spinach, Avruga caviar and chive butter sauce, or Peppered collops of Scottish beef fillet, wild mushrooms, sauté potatoes, fine beans and whisky cream.
