Fairly quiet restaurant when we arrived so were greeted straight away and shown upstairs to our seats with menus. After a ridiculously long wait for our waitress to come back we looked for her ourselves..caught the attention of a different waitress who apologised and informed us that the first waitress had actually left as her shift had finished and she hadn't passed our arrival on!!! From then on the service was prompt and the food was good. The only other issue was an overcharge on our bill...but this was rectified quickly once it was pointed out.
