Stylish West End Bar and Grill

With an attention-grabbing bar and grill, mezzanine and south-facing roof terrace, Hyde Bar, Grill and Dining offers customers a good choice of spaces in which to enjoy clever cocktails and a menu of globe-trotting dishes. Located in Glasgow’s West End, Hyde is just as handy for an after work drink as it is for a celebratory meal with friends.

Fresh, seasonal ingredients

With a lunch, pre-theatre and evening menu, Hyde Bar, Grill and Dining likes to give customers a range of options. From the lunch menu, diners could graze on a mini-macaroni and cheese or feast on pan-fried sea bream with crab crush potatoes, sauce vierge and spring greens. The evening menu has more complex dishes like the spring lamb leg steak marinated in Moroccan spices but there are also simpler options like the grilled king prawns, the pulled pork or the signature burger. The dry-aged sirloin and fillet steak on the grill section of the menu come from Aberfoyle.

There is a selection of desserts such as sticky toffee pudding or chocolate tart but many diners also like to try the after dinner drinks such as the Espressotini.
