This was my 1st visit to the Hillhead Book Club and we were all very impressed by the value for money and quality of the food. 2 of us had the 2 courses for £11 plus a free glass of wine and both the mussels & brisket were scrummy. The 4 boys had Turf of the day (£10 plus free wine) and polished off the chicken stuffed with black pudding in record time. Portion sizes were good and the free wine was much nicer than I've had with other deals. Well worth a visit!
