    we were held back for 5 mins due to the place being busy and were made to feel welcome ..in fact the apologies seemd genuine and then we were told to chose a complimentary drink each ...customer satisfaction seems to be at its best here at the moment... and staff were helpfull and friendl;y would recommend even without the free drink
