Booked for son and partner before going away to the army. Was told they would receive three courses from i must say a very helpful manageress.They only got two courses and a cocktail as was inadvertently given the wrong information,these things happen but when i rang today the guy i spoke to appeared to be only to happy to get me off the phone and could do with some good going on a customer relations course. I wasn't looking for a freebie just some sincerity that a genuine mistake had been made.
