• Rating Food lovely but disappointed with service (Rating 3.8/5)

  We weren't given the 5pm menu at first and when I asked for it was told by member of staff she would need to double check even though we booked through 5pm. I then felt that because we had the deal menu we were left to wait for ages! The waitress then spilt our friends drink and didn't replace it or his wife's napkin that she soaked in the process. We were also charged for our soft drinks which should have been included in the deal (we thought they had taken the cost off our bottle of prosecco instead but realised when we went outside that it was on promotion at that price) On the upside food was lovely.
