    The B really should stand for Best or Brilliant since here we have certainly the very best ambiance, best waiting team backed by brilliant chefs....providing, in all, a superb eating out experience. One day, hopefully, all restaurants will be like this but it will take a long, long time since no one knows how to deliver the very best of customer service like the Shandon Belles
