  We had a £20 voucher to use as we were given this as compensation for a previous complaint. Booked there sister restaurant kama sutra via 5pm. When we turned up we were told the restaurant is closed & they don't have our booking. When I said to check 5pm they refused. We decided to use the voucher in Torres. Again we booked via 5pm & booked a table for 2 for lunch @ 2pm. I then received a call informing me there not taking bookings @ 2pm as they open @ 2.15pm. I questioned why they advertise & are open for bookings via 5pm if they don't take bookings @ this time. They couldn't answer. We moved our booking as per there request to 2:15pm. I was then surprised to see the opening times on the door that they open @ 2pm. Customers can walk in @ 2pm yet when you book via 5pm you get told to move your booking. Management of this company need to address the issues of booking as 2 out of there 4 restaurants we have had trouble booking. It should be straight forward yet this company make it hard. Why don't they have the correct information on 5pm. Extremely unprofessional + highly irritating for the customer. The food is really nice with large portions. Good value for money. We asked for the bill & it came to £24.50. We put down our £20 voucher & a £20 note. Not hard to work out the change is £15.50. @ least 10 minutes after our payment was taken we had to ask the waitress for our change. We were the only table in the restaurant. Not impressed @ this. The change they brought over was £4.50. When I pointed this out to the waitress she looked confused & said the voucher had changed. I had to explain it to her to work it out. It really wasn't hard. Worryingly she was training another member of staff. Obviously not very well since she couldn't work out or get her head around our bill. Eventually this was sorted & we received our correct change. I would have rated this restaurant 4 stars if we didn't have the above issues. Due to the issues we have had with this company I wouldn't book again or recommend any of there restaurants.
