• What has happened to the food at The Living Room? (Rating 2.2/5)

  The Living Room was one of our favourite restaurants in Glasgow. Not after last night's meal, though. We decided to order from the "Grazing Menu", but unfortunately the restaurant seem to have concentrated on creating food that is "different" and forgotten about creating food that people would want to eat. The sashimi dish was particularly bad. Served in a tin which gave it a metallic taste and covered in what we were told was pickled cabbage. This had a vile after-taste which lingered for hours. There was no dish that we had that we would like to order again

  An enjoyable birthday celebration! Has some unique dishes on the menu and plenty of cocktails to choose from. Like the ambience and enjoyed the pianist/singers.

  Absolutely fantastic choice of food and cocktails! The waitstaff are fantastic and fun and always great music to entertain through dinner! Top marks!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious as were the drinks (dessert cocktails = yum). Great night and would definitely go back.

  Another cracking meal at The Living Room. Only grump was it was freezing - if guy hadn't taken our jackets I'd probably have kept it on!
