  Unfortunately it seems the kitchen and bar staff had a bad day. We ordered steaks which came so over cooked it was ruined, we ordered medium and they were sent to us seriously well done. There was items missing from the plate which just added to the disappointment. The kind prawns were definitely not king prawns which was also disappointing. Had we been paying full price we'd have sent the steak and prawns back but with 50% off we just accepted it although told the waitress of how over cooked the steaks were. We ordered drinks which were forgot about although when she did remember she sent these complimentary which was kind of her. Sitting with empty glasses after these drinks with no staff offering another nor anyone around to catch their eye, we went to the bar to pay as no one was coming to our table. Lots of things wrong and sadly ruined our visit.
